The first and foremost thing while applying for a national-level test is to access the difficulty level. Based on the difficulty level, the students are going to prepare accordingly. In fact, without understanding the exam pattern, syllabus and eligibility, the candidates might feel out of the water!

SLAT or AILET; which one is better?

SLAT stands for Symbiosis Law Aptitude Test and AILET is the Law Entrance test. Both these exams are conducted by National Law University. However, the applicable courses under these entrance exams are different. If any candidate appears for SLAT, she or he will be eligible for different integrated law courses like BA LLB, and BBA LLB. In contrast, after appearing for AILET, the candidates will be eligible for BA LLB and LLM programs.

    Exam Mode

As per the recent notification of the authority, both SLAT and AILET will be conducted offline. However, due to the pandemic, the authority has postponed the date and is yet to be announced soon.

    Available Seats

If any candidate appears for AILET, the candidate will get admission for NLU, Delhi. Candidates across the nation have to compete for only 110 seats for LLB and 70 seats for LLM. In addition, there will be an additional reserve category for Foreign Nationals and a special category.
